This is a grind and seal; a 3 pass grind with 30, 60 & 120 grit metal bond diamonds were used to expose aggregate. The floor was then grouted with a liquid grout & excess removed with a 120 grit metal bond diamonds. A 3 coat water based clear epoxy system was then applied to the surface.
